Sharing Content

iTunes U and YouTube EDU offer the University of Iowa community two options for distributing audio, video, and other content to audiences around the world.

These initiatives support the University’s education, research, and service missions through the public sharing of institutional media content. UI colleges, departments, and programs can submit content for distribution via iTunes U and YouTube EDU.

All content is subject to review before posting. The UI Center for Media Production, Information Technology Services, and the Office of University Relations share responsibility for administering iTunes U and YouTube EDU. Staff from these offices evaluate content and advise potential users with help from a campus-wide advisory committee.
